Excessively long distance running you do not get hemorrhoids .... If you are not crispy, but too! ... RELAX! . Just kidding ...
Well .., but you can Vaseline or Preparation H, which helps ... if they are really bad, ask your doctor a recipe .. Call on the counter medication is sometimes not enough.
