One of my friends has a junkyard. He gave me a car, 2001 Honda Civic. The car has a title, also known as "rescue". The car is not in such bad shape that was just abandoned vandilized .. So it is needs a new windshield, maybe a new paint job and deep interior, but otherwise the car is in good condition. I know I need to get these things repaired before the test.

What is my greatest concern is to put the title in my name, is that we have no way to start. The man in the case is not heard from the former owner of the car.
